Frequently Asked Questions
Do you only photograph weddings and couples?
At the moment, yes, I only focus on weddings and couples. You may see me post on social media from time-to-time that I’ve photographed maternity or family sessions, but this is typically for my previous wedding couples. I simply just don’t have the time to open my schedule up for new clients as a Mom of two busy boys, and I want to make sure my couples have the time and quality dedicated to them that they deserve.
Do you only photograph weddings on the South Shore of Massachusetts?
Absolutely not! I do live on the South Shore of Massachusetts so the majority of venues I have been to are within this area, but I am more than open to traveling. I actually just got back from Minneapolis for a wedding in July of 2025, and other than all of New England, I have been as far as Washington, D.C. as well as San Diego for my couples!
How would you describe your style?
This is such a hard question to answer, but my goal is emotive, soulful and candid. I really want you to feel the emotions of my images and capture that feeling in time, but also have them look super natural. I am very much a “poser” and will direct as much as possible, but I may take a step back to look at you after directing an action, make some adjustments, and re-shoot to ensure we get the best shot. However, I am very understanding and receptive to my couples and how they want me to express their personalities in their images. “Are you more passionate and romantic or just fun and flirty?” is a question I always ask my couples to prepare myself (and even if you think you can’t be soulful and romantic, think again, as I’ll probably get some shots like this anyways because that’s my vibe). You don’t want to be posed and the goal is to capture moments as they truly unfold like a fly on the wall? I got you. Want tons of direction and posing? I’m pretty good at that, too.
